problem Active GSM Modem

Dear friends,
i have GSM modem fro sending SMS.
i set everything for this Hardware,i set Budrate ,....
But when i active its conection ,it took more than 5 minutes to be activate...
on this line ....

nrComm1.Active := True;

It took more than 5 minutes..what should i do?
how can i activate it on form show easily...?

And upload LOG file here.
