Hi

I have also been trying to get an answer regarding the renewal of nrComm, but I cannot get a response.  Tried via email and the site contact. I also notice that question go unanswered for long periods on this forum.  It would appear the the owner has lost interest in nrComm or does not have the time anymore.   I wanted to renew but now I am not sure that it is a good idea.

I renewed update period  about 4 times!
 no more need update again.  newer version not needed.

becouse of no problem at nrHid component which I use.

XE8 or XE10 support and modbus components not needed.

I cannot get hold of the sales people at nrComm.  Does any one know what the renewal period is?  I got an email
saying it is 12 months but when purchase the renewal it says 6 months.

I have been looking into my installation folder and I see there are no sources.  I am using a registered user of the Std version.  Where do I get the sources?

About source problem:

Yes I looked at that.  Unfortunately I can get no response from the product owner.

I managed to get a response from a friend of Romans using email.  It would appear that he is on a voyage and will be
back in a week.
