Dear Sir,

I need to send SMS to mobile provider.
They ask to send SMS to their short code like "8999" with text "SMS ON"

I understand that I have to use the phone number with international prefix like "+62812xxxxxxx"
Is there any way to send SMS to short code like "8999"...??
