No event log

Hello,

I have 2 different HID devices.
One is working fine with the hiddemo example, the event log shows the buttons that I press.
With the other device I never see anything in the event log, although the device is recognized fine.
The same is true for the mouse, the device is recognized but I never see the mouse button presses in the event log.

Hiddemo is dated 3-6-2009, maybe it needs an update?

Hello

Unfortunately, windows always handles keyboard and mouse classes of HID devices. Mouses and keyboards are not available over HID API. You need to handle ordinary WM_KEYDOWN and etc system messages.
