Installing Driver for unknown device

I have a USB device that Windows does not recognized and install a driver for (Net2888 USB Interface Controller).  I was hoping the nrUsb driver might help support this into a Delphi application. When I attempt to install driver (X64) I get "Driver installation failed.No more data is available".

I also tried the WinUSB driver but it also fails with: Driver installation failed.The system cannot find the file specified.

Any help?
