how to put in installer for a client PC

I would like to know how to distribute the lib onto a client machine (I have a licensed copy I develop with)

If your project options contains 'Use runtime packages' you need deploy nrcommd.bpl with your result EXE.
Otherwise you do not need to deploy any additional files.
