problems connecting in .exe file

I am having problems connecting to the device. When debugging inside RAD Studio X8, everything works well. But when you run the executable .exe file, the connection does not occur. Or it happens 1 time for 10-20 connections. What could this be related to?
I use nrComm Lib 9.44 for XE10.1
