Is it possible to send a SMS as a FLASH sms?

Hello

This functionality depend on mobile operator and model of gsm device.
Usual you need add #FLASH# at the begin of text sms.
Better if you will consult with gsm provider support.

I found this information - it's done by setting the DCS bit 0 and bit 1 to 0. It called an "Immediate display (alert)"

Of course you can send the message as both a regular SMS and an "Immediate display (alert)" so when we send the SMS we must chose how it should be presented on the terminal  ;D
