Cannot build project with nrSocket object

I am using RAD Studio XE2 version 16.0.4429.46931 with all updates.  I cannot compile my project when I add an nrSocket object.  The compiler chokes at line 27 of nrwinsock2.hpp with E2040 Declaration terminated incorrectly.
