Connection bluetooth printer

Hello,

Using your trial demo for BT connection I get this error:

"Connect to selected Bluetooth device failed # = 1=10022"

The printer is password protected and so I checked Authenticated before connecting,
but whether it is checked than not, the error occurs

What could it be?
