OnAfterSend never fires

The nrComm.OnAfterSend event never fires!  This means that I cannot use the SendData() member function to send packets of multiple bytes.  I posted on this subject back in 2017 an NO ONE has ever replied.  Is there a solution for this?

Please add the tsTxEmpty flag into TnrComm.TraceStates property.
