Hello

I tested this strange string '090300000000' with our tools. I have
connected two serial ports and run Noise Gen. All works fine.

Please create simple demo project that shows this exception and send
to me its sources.

I think exception raises because something wrong in processing a reply
from device.

Also give me additional info:
1) Delphi/CBuilder version
2) nrComm Lib version
3) Windows version

Good luck!
