disable usb keyboard mode

I have a usb reader which works both in HID and Keyboard mode.
I want to disable the keyboard mode and work only as HID and detect the incoming text without affecting the keyboard.
The problem is when user is typing and a customer swipes the card it will affect the typing like

Any idea?

Please try HIDDemo, it allows read data from HID devices.
