Hi,

I purchased today the full version of the library. I'm using Delphi 2010,  after installing the library I see that in the Source directory there are no PAS files. From what I see in the WEB site the version I got should be with source files. I restarted the computer several times, deleted the install folder but the problem remains.

Best regards
Luben

Temporary solution :

After fresh setup, don't  press Finish button. At this moment go to
Program Files\nrComm Lib\Source folder.  Source present here ! directory full with source!

Backup this folder contents. then press setup Finish button. Source folder becomes empty.

Then Restore backed up source content.

Many times I have mentioned this error to Roman. And problem corrected with new licence key and setup file.

Probably Roman can provide new licence key and setup for you. Then no more source problem occurs within upgrade period  and your setup file.

Thank you Hid1 for the hint.

I immediatly tried your solution but unfortunately without any success. The component is not showing any messages for trial version, so obviously it's the pro version. I used before the trial version so probably something left in the registry or on disk which prefents the complete installation.

For sure I'll claim for some solution from Mr. Roman.

Kind regards
Luben

Hi Hid1,

For downloading I used the link supplied during the purchase which should be considered as the proper one. It was pointing to http://dl.element5.com....

I tried your suggestion and went to the  http://updates.nrcommlib.com/up.php. It states that "Period of Free Updates  12 months (VALID!) " and later "The latest update was sent to ..email...". In seconds I got email with completely downloading address from http://updates.nrcommlib...

Unfortunate the downloaded file has the size and it's identical with the old one (I compared both files bytes by byte). So the problem remains...

Thank you Hid1 for your support I really appreciate it!

Best regards,
Luben

P.S.  Problem fixed - Roman sent me a new installation link and everything works smooth now.
