Problems using OnSmsReceived event of nrGsm in C++ Builder XE3

Hi, I just bought a licence of nrCommlib.
After installing version 9.31 and using it with C++ Builder XE3, I discoverd when trying to use  OnSmsReceived event of nrGsm I get a
First Chance Exception looking like this:

First chance exception at $500BDBA2. Exception class $C0000005 with message 'access violation at 0x500bdba2: write of address 0x008e2f40'. Process Project1.exe (6580)

And the code inside OnSmsReceived is not executed, if I click continue.
Is there an error in nrCommlib for C++ Builder XE3.

2) Windows version and platform (32 or 64 bits)
