This means that your modem is not HUAWEI
Your device is: Manufacturer: QUALCOMM INCORPORATED hModel: M6280

If you think that your device is compatible with Huawei please try
following:
1) Compile and run GSMDemo from latest nrComm Lib
2) Clickk Driver tab and turn OFF autodetect.
3) Select Huawei E220
4) Click open serial port.
5) See detected info in Device Info tab
6) Test SMS sending and receiving.
7) If something still wrong click diagnostic button and send to me log
file.

Please note that modem drivers that you send to us are not GSM driver
for nrComm Lib.
