Error Send Long String

Hi, I have a problem when I send String VCL nrComm Pro V9.40 and V9.30

I Send:

I send the data with board Com1 RS-232 9600,8,N,1 but I Send with converte USB to RS-232, the data send Ok
Why is the problem?
