How to get Caller ID

You can try following string read-only properties:
TnrCommTAPI.CallerID
TnrCommTAPI.CallerIDName

You can read this properties after incoming call was established.

Please note that, there are some problems:

1) Your modem should support CallerID detection.
2) TAPI drivers of your modem should implement and support CallerID
TAPI functions.
3) Your switch station (phone provider) should support the Caller ID information for
incoming calls.
