Nokia Commands

Hi,
I'm evaluating some components that can interract with mobile, but till now I could not find a way to execute command at the mobile.

At the website below, you can see a lot of commands for the nokia phones. I tried manually with mobile keypad and they work. But how execute it via computer?

The function that I require are the call forwarding (Diversions).
I need to:
- De-register all call diversions ##002#©
and
- Unconditionally divert all calls to number and activate **21*number#©

Do you know if it's possible to do execute it?
