I'm using the USBPipeDemo with terminal , it is OK , but when I try to use the event OnAfterReceive don't work.

Yes, I do , and don't work .
The terminal show the data , but don't show the HEX codes ( Memo2 using OnAfterReceive).

Thank you for information.
It's strange because it's impossible.
If you see data in Terminal, you should get bytes in OnAfterReceive event too.

What version of Delphi/C++Builder do you use?
I see PChar type in AfterReceive handler. Maybe problem is in Unicode ...

I'm using Delphi 7.0 ( Build 4.453) and Builder 6.0 (Build 10.157).
I try to put a breakpoint inside the OnAfterReceive and never stop , but the terminal show normally.
What I have to do to run ??

You are absolutely right. There was problem with OnAfterReceive event.
